Skinny™ Yogurt Parfait and Fresh Fruit Breakfast™
(Available for breakfast and lunch service) Low-fat yogurt served with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or your choice of seasonal fruits. Finished with crunchy, all-natural granola served in a convenient, single-serve ‘parfait’ cup.

Iced Coffee for a Crowd!
Refreshing on those sticky Summer mornings and afternoons, sure to cool down those ‘over-heated’ meeting participants. Our chilled iced coffee comes ready-to-pour and is delivered with clear cups and plenty of ice. Choose from mocha or French vanilla flavors. This is the one that has Cincinnati catering companies everywhere jealous.

Classic Hot Coffee Service
We offer our freshly ground Busken-blend or rainforest-blend coffee, brewed fresh moments before we arrive at your door. Ask about our seasonal flavored coffees when you order. Please specify decaffeinated or high-octane regular brew. Choose from 1 gallon to serve 10 or our 3 gallon carafe for 30 individuals.

Hot Breakfast Quiche – a Busken Classic
(Available for breakfast and lunch service) Rewarmed frozen quiche? Never. You’ll get yours made by Marilyn each morning from farm-fresh eggs, Findlay Market vegetables and shredded sharp cheddar, swiss or silky havarti cheeses. Marilyn’s favorite combinations are listed below and of course you’re welcome to create your own version.

• Broccoli, Spanish or Red Onion and Sharp Cheddar
• Chorizo Sausage, Spanish or Red Onion and Beefsteak Tomato

Mini Deli “Sliders” Platter
Downsizing yourself? Go bite-size! Homemade tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, sliced ham, turkey or roast beef sandwiches. Sure to please those who enjoy plenty of variety. All served on our fresh-baked Busken party buns (A miniature version of our famous egg buns).

The Executive Suite Platter
Eckerlin sliced meats and cheeses to satisfy everyone. Sliced ham, roasted turkey, salami & roast beef, paired up with sliced Swiss and American cheeses. Served with a platter of crisp lettuce, tomatoes and pickles and our fresh baked Busken breads. Includes our Saratoga Chip & bbq sauce tray. All condiments provided including Hellmann’s® real mayonnaise. (Chicken, tuna or egg salad can be substituted for any above options).

The Corporate Platter
Sliced Eckerlin ham and cheese, turkey, tuna, egg and our signature chicken salad sandwiches, all prepared on an assortment of fresh baked Busken breads. Served with a Saratoga Chip & bbq sauce tray.

Fresh Cut Fruit Tray
(Available for breakfast and lunch service) Brighten up your gathering with a tray of luscious fresh fruit, cut into slices and served as energizing finger food. We start with pineapple, cantaloupe and grapes and can pile on a few additional favorites in season – watermelon, strawberries, kiwi, raspberries and blackberries. Tell us what you prefer and we’ll make sure they’re invited to the meeting.

The Findlay Vegetable Tray™
Hand selected, fresh vegetables from the nation’s oldest, open-air farmer’s market in Over The Rhine. Includes crisp broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, celery sticks, baby carrots, plump cherry tomatoes and more. Served with Marilyn’s own tangy, homemade ranch dip – the envy of all Cincinnati catering companies.

Marilyn’s Saratoga Chip & BBQ Snack Tray
We peel and slice our own Idaho russet potatoes, flash fry them and dust them with Marilyn’s secret bbq spice rub. Piled high on an oversized platter with plenty of bbq style dipping sauce to go around. These homemade chips are a signature crowd pleaser!

Nan & Pop’s Cheese and Cracker Tray
Our grandparents adored the simple comfort and taste of good cheese. We hand-slice or cube their favorites! Aged sharp cheddar cheese along with creamy havarti, smoked gouda, baby swiss, colby, and spicy monterey jack cheeses. Toasted whole-grain and traditional crackers round out this afternoon ‘snacker’s delight’. If you have a certain cheese that you can’t live without, just let us know and we’ll be sure to include it!

Andy’s™ Mediterranean Tray
Wonderful friends of the Busken family, Andy & Majed Hajjar serve up the best Lebanese food in Cincinnati. We proudly introduce a delicious sampling of Mediterranean classics including Andy’s™ fresh, lemony hummus along with his heavenly, fresh-baked pita-bread, imported Kalamata olives, plump cherry tomatoes & sliced red bell peppers. Served with generous chunks of Feta cheese. Like Andy always says, “You can do it!”

LUNCH ENTRÉE SALADS

We now offer “family-style” sized salads that serve up to 10 people. Individual entrée salads are also available for the new guy in the corner office.

Traditional House Salad
We start with a crisp spring medley of greens and add sliced cucumbers, sweet-cherry tomatoes and broccoli florets. This is Marilyn’s all-time, best-selling salad!

Lucille’s Caesar Salad
Brian Busken has perfected his homemade caesar dressing. You’ll love it (and won’t find any anchovies). You’ll still wonder why it tastes so good (he’s known to sneak the anchovies into the dressing). Also, his mother’s favorite.

Summer Tomato and Mozzarella Salad (seasonal, family-style only)
Another healthy creation by Busken Catering. We slice vine-ripened, Summer beefsteak tomatoes and arrange them with slices of fresh Buffalo mozzarella cheese, sliced cucumbers and finished with our extra-virgin olive oil & balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Winter Greek Salad (seasonal)
Classic spring mix greens tossed with crumbled Feta cheese, plum tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, imported Kalamata olives, sliced red peppers & red onion and drizzled with our special Greek vinaigrette.

For a quick break when time is short and convenience is a must, Busken boxed lunches are second to none and promise to satisfy every appetite. Boxed lunch sandwiches are available rolled (wrap-style) or prepared on our wide selection of traditional bakery fresh breads baked the night before! This makes Cincinnati event planning an absolute breeze.

Power-Boxed-Lunch
Simply put, the most plentiful and filling Boxed lunch in the city, at the very best value you can find. Your choice of ham and cheese, oven roasted turkey, homemade tuna salad, egg or famous homemade chicken salad sandwich (perfect on apple walnut bread). Choose from a fresh tortilla wrap, iceberg lettuce shell or prepared on our oven-fresh Busken bakery breads. Marilyn’s Budget-Boxed-Lunch
Marilyn is known for her ability to tailor your order around any budget. So we made it official with the BBL, a hearty lunch solution at a price that will please the bean-counters in accounting. We’ll deliver everything found in the PBL (above) except for the side item and you provide the beverages for your group.
