Mini Deli “Sliders” Platter

Bite-sized sandwiches of homemade chicken, tuna or egg salad and/or sliced ham, turkey or roast beef — served on fresh-baked Busken Party Buns (miniature Egg Buns).

The Executive Suite Platter

Eckerlin's sliced ham, roasted turkey, salami, roast beef, Swiss & American cheeses, with plenty of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and fresh-baked Busken breads. Includes Saratoga Chip Tray with BBQ sauce. Condiments provided. (Chicken, tuna or egg salad substitutions available on request.)

Hand-selected vegetables from the Nation's oldest open-air farmer's market. Includes crisp broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, celery sticks, baby carrots, plump cherry tomatoes and more. Served with Marilyn's tangy, homemade ranch dip.

Marilyn's Saratoga Chip & BBQ Snack Tray

We peel and slice our own Idaho russet potatoes, then flash fry and dust them with Marilyn's secret BBQ spice rub. Piled high on an oversized platter and served with plenty of sweet BBQ-style dipping sauce.

Nan & Pop's Cheese and Cracker Tray

Aged sharp cheddar cheese, creamy havarti, smoked gouda, baby Swiss, colby and spicy Monterey jack cheeses — prepared by hand and presented with toasted whole-grain and traditional crackers. Additional cheese varieties available on request.

Andy's™ Mediterranean Tray

We proudly serve a delicious sampling of Mediterranean classics from our friends Andy & Majed Hajjar. Andy's™ lemony hummus, fresh-baked pita-bread, imported Kalamata olives, plump cherry tomatoes and sliced red bell peppers. Served with generous chunks of feta cheese.

Fresh-Cut Fruit Tray

A luscious, bite-sized assortment of fresh-cut fruit. We start with tart pineapple, cantaloupe and juicy grapes, then add seasonal favorites like watermelon, strawberries, kiwi and more! Available for breakfast and lunch deliveries.
